I am board certified in Classical Homeopathy by the Council for Homeopathic Certification. I earned my Diplomate in Classical Homeopathy from the Vancouver Homeopathic Academy in Vancouver, British Columbia. I am very committed to keeping my knowledge current and regularly attend seminars and study the teachings of the most successful homeopaths from around the world. I also have a Masters degree in Education, in the Area of Special Needs, from the University of Washington.
A Detroit, Michigan native, I’ve made my home in the Puget Sound area of Washington State since 1978. Before starting my homeopathy practice, much of my work had been in the special needs and vocational rehabilitation fields. There I had the chance to work with individuals of all ages and with many different health issues, including traumatic brain injuries, autism, ADHD, Asperger Syndrome, learning disabilities, Tourette Syndrome, anger and behavioral problems, anxiety, depression, developmental disabilities, work related musculoskeletal injuries, PTSD and more. I also worked several years providing career counseling to people who had lost their jobs due to economic factors.
In my leisure time, I enjoy the great outdoors that the beautiful Pacific Northwest has to offer, listening to music of almost all types and cheering on those Seattle Mariners!
